Remove the second lower tray, open the front cover and pull out the

 

 

jammed paper. Then replace the lower tray and close the front cover.

ACTION:

Reload the correct size paper.

 

 

Lower 2 Failure

Power off the printer and check the Lower Tray connection. If the

The paper cassette has been removed (or is not pushed in all the way) from the

Insert the paper cassette into the second lower tray.
