Raster Resolution

The PCL Raster Graphics Resolution command (<Esc>*t#R) is expanded to allow 1200 dots per inch. It also accepts negative arguments to indicate a resolution that applies in the fast-scan dimension only, in order to accommodate 1200x600 resolution.
