This routine may be called from multi-threaded application using the

PARAMETERS

zap

Pointer to source ZCOM address.

 

 

It is the ZCOM address identifying the originator of the

 

 

configuration request and is usually set to the primary

 

 

ZLU of the calling program. In this implementation,

 

 

the originator must be from the local node, i.e. the

 

 

“node” field of this address must be either zero or the

 

 

local node number (except for the Port Configuration

 

 

functions)

 

 

mode

Operating mode.

 

The mode parameter specifies whether to perform the configuration with or with-out wait. Allowed values are:

ZcDSC_IMMEDIATE(0) - Immediate configuration.

RS 4 The caller is suspended until the requested configuration is completed. The rdata parameter contains the returned response data.

ZcDSC_DEFERRED (1) - Deferred configuration.

RS 4 ZCONFIG initiates the configuration and returns. On completion, a response message is sent to the “saddr”. This mode is not supported.
