Setting LPT Options
Choose the “LPT Settings” button at the bottom of the “NetWare Printer
Connections” window to access the “Printer Options for LPT” window.
The following table lists and explains the setting options that you can assign.

| Formfeed |
| Places a page break between print jobs. |

| Copies |
| Specifies the number of copies to print. |

| Enable Tabs |
| Specifies the number of characters in a tab stop. |
|
|
|
|
| Enable Timeout |
| Specifies the amount of time before the print buffer is |
|
|
| closed and the job is sent to a printer. |
|
|
|
|
| Enable Banner |
| Allows for a banner page to be printed at the front of |
|
|
| your print job. |
|
|
|
|
| Form Name |
| Allows you to select a defined print form. |
|
|
|
|
| Auto Endcap |
| Specifies that the captured printing jobs be closed |
|
|
|
|
| Direct |
| (Personal NetWare only) Lets your print job bypass |
|
|
| the print queue if there are no jobs resident. |
|
|
|
|
| Hold |
| Stops a print file from being sent to a queue. |

|
|
|
