Using SoftBench Conﬁguration Manager

Managing Archive Files and Directories

Viewing an Archive File

To view a ﬁle, double-click on the desired ﬁle. SoftBench CM displays the default revision of the ﬁle in the "View File" dialog box.

To save the contents of the display to a local ﬁle:

1.Select Save As....

2.Enter the local ﬁle name and location where you want to save the ﬁle.

No link exists between the archive ﬁle displayed in the "View File" dialog box and the new local ﬁle.

To view a particular ﬁle revision:

1.Double-click on the desired ﬁle.

2.Enter the revision number in the "View File" dialog box. If you are not sure which revision number to use:

a.Select Done to close the "View File" dialog box.

b.Choose "File: Show Revision History…".

c.Locate the ﬁle revision number that you want.
