PPP Serial Port Properties
The following illustration shows the Port section of the Channel properties dialog box when the PPP WAN protocol is selected.

To set up port properties for a channel using the PPP protocol, do the following:
1.In the Card field, if more than one physical iSPAN- Serial WAN adapter is installed, select the physical adapter to be used by the channel.
2.To specify serial port properties for the selected adapter, do the following:
a.Click the Properties button in the Port section of the Channel properties dialog box.
The Serial Line Properties dialog box appears.
