Adapter is not This problem occurs if the system does not detect the detected during adapter after the setup program copies driver files to the
NDIS driver installation directory. (The cards list is empty on the
installation WAN Adapters Setup dialog box, as described in Setting Up WAN Properties on page 41.)
When a message tells you to add a card, do the following:
1.Click OK.
2.Install (or reinstall) the adapter, as instructed in Installing the Hardware on page 11.
3.If the WAN Adapters Setup utility still cannot detect the adapter, see Computer does not boot up or host adapter not found on page 168.
When the adapter is installed, continue as follows:
1.From the Start menu, select Programs, then Interphase WAN Adapters, and then WAN Setup.
2.Click Add on the WAN Adapters Setup dialog box to add the card to the system.
3.Complete the software installation, as described in Setting Up WAN Properties on page 41.
