Verifying Minimum Requirements

NOTE

The iSPAN-Serial WAN adapter is named 5535-1P-SRin the software installation and configuration dialogs.

Verifying Minimum Requirements

If you have not already done so, verify that your system meets the minimum requirements described in Minimum System Requirements on page 9.

Installing the Base Driver

NOTE

If the NDIS driver software is installed on this system, the Base driver is already installed. Base driver software is automatically installed during NDIS driver installation. If the Base driver is already installed, skip to Installing Interphase SNA Link Services on page 113.

To install the Base driver software, complete the following tasks:

1.Run the Base driver Setup program and start the installation.

2.Set up WAN properties.

3.Complete the Base driver installation.
