I. 2-Thread converter
To engage the
Hand turn the handwheel until the upper looper is in an up position.
Lower the converter and insert the hook into the upper looper.
To disengage the 2-thread converter
Hand turn the handwheel until the upper looper is in an up position.
Remove the hook from the looper eye and lift the converter up until it secures in the far right position.
Example:

Your machine comes equipped with a rolled hem plate.
