Maintain the Routing Engine

The Routing Engine installs into a slot in the Forwarding Engine Board (FEB) at the rear of the chassis, as shown in Figure 3. To maintain the Routing Engines, issue the CLI show chassis routing-enginecommand on a regular basis to check the status of the Routing Engine:
