RECORDING/PLAYBACK ON VHS DECK (cont.)

Playback with VCR Navigation

The VCR Navigation enables you to search and select the desired programmes recorded on the VHS deck very easily.

When you record a programme with the VHS deck for more than 8 minutes in SP mode for more than 15 minutes in LP mode) with “NAVIGATION” set to “ON” ( pg. 79), its information are registered for the VCR Navigation automatically.

When the first programme is recorded on a cassette, the VCR Navigation gives the register number to the cassette. The VCR Navigation memorizes the cassette by the number. You can confirm the register number of the cassette when the cassette is loaded or ejected.

The VCR Navigation can register up to 2000 programmes or up to 680 cassettes.
