Erasing a track (ERASE)
A desired track can be erased from the MD. The track numbers after the erased track are decremented automatically.
1Press EDIT to select “ERASE”.

Example) When SET is pressed
•If you selected a wrong track number, press CANCEL and select the correct track number.
•If the display shows “TRACK PROTECTED”, the selected track has been protected against accidental erasure by other component than the MD recorder in use. If you still want to erase the track, go to step 4. If you will not erase it, press EDIT.
