Coloque una o dos tazas de café

expreso en la placa de goteo debajo

de los picos del portafiltro. Presione el botón Espresso (Expreso) y el café expreso comenzará a verterse en las tazas.

Cuando se haya elaborado la cantidad

deseada de café expreso (1 oz [30 ml]

con la canastilla de filtro pequeña, o

2 oz [59 ml] con la canastilla de filtro grande), presione el botón Espresso (Expreso) para detener la elaboración.

NOTA: No retire el portafiltro durante la elaboración.

La cafetera expreso está equipada

con una válvula de solenoide de tres

vías que instantáneamente libera presión en el grupo de elaboración cuando se apaga la bomba de agua, de modo que el portafiltro pueda ser retirado inmediatamente luego de la elaboración. Retire el portafiltro moviendo la manija hacia la izquierda. Sacuda el filtro sobre un recipiente para residuos a fin de desechar los granos de café utilizados.

NOTA: Al sacudir los granos de café de

la canastilla de filtro, evite golpear la manija del portafiltro.

Luego de quitar el portafiltro,

coloque una taza debajo del cabezal

de elaboración y presione el botón Espresso (Expreso) durante un segundo o dos. Esto limpia el filtro del orificio de salida y elimina cualquier residuo de aceite y granos de café que hayan migrado hacia el cabezal de elaboración.
