Storing Originals in the Document Server

The Document Server enables you to save documents in memory and print them as required.

A Press the [Stored File] key.Important

2 Data stored in the machine might be lost if some kind of failure oc- curs. The supplier shall not be re- sponsible for any damage that might result from loss of data.

Data stored in the Document Serv- er is deleted after 3 days (72 hours) the default setting. You can set stored data not to be deleted auto- matically, or specify a period after
