Background Numbering

Use this function to have numbers printed on the background of copies.

G Press the [OK] key.

H Set your originals, then press the {Start} key.

Preset Stamp

Messages you use frequently can be 2

stored in memory and stamped on copies.

D Enter the number to start count- ing from with the number keys.

Note

❒To change the entered number, press the [Clear] or {Clear/Stop} key and enter the new number.

E Press the [OK] key.

F Press the [OK] key.

One of the following eight messages can be stamped on copies with a frame around it: "COPY", "URGENT", "PRIORITY", "For Your Info.", "Pre- liminary", "For internal use", "CONFI- DENTIAL", "DRAFT".
