Headset considerationsTestthe headset with the telephone before using. In a noisy environment, an
amplifiedheadset is an option. When the amplified headset is used, there are
twochoices of volume control: the rocker control on the telephone and the
switchon the headset. The user should adjust the telephone volume before
adjusting the headset volume. To provide the best communication with the
leastamount of distortion, th e amplifier should have a higher setting than the
telephonevolume control.
