M3904,and M3905 sets.
Context Sensitive Soft Keys
Thefour keys immediately below the display on the M3903, M3904, and
M3905telephones are referred to as Soft Keys. The function or features
accessedby these keys varies depending on:
• the features configuredfor t he telephone
• whether the phoneis on-hook, off-hook, or on a call
• whether the OptionsList, Directory/Log, or Applications are in use
WithC ontextSensitive Soft Keys, only the features that are applicable and
configuredfor your telephone appear on the soft labels above these keys.
Forexample, while you are on a call, you may have access, via the Soft Keys,
tofeatures such as Transferand Conference. You will not, however, have
accessto Forward since you do not forward your telephone while on a call.
