5Whiledepressing the telephone tilt handle, swingthe footstand into the
desiredposition, then release the handle.
6Carefully turn the new assembly upright.
To install the handset option for the M3905Call Center Telephone
TheHandset Kit is a hardware option for the M3905 Call Center Telephone.
Thehandset does not accompany the M3905 Call Center Telephone. The
handsetcan be added to the M3905 by removing the front plate of the
telephone.
Note: Nortel Networksrecommends that a systems administrator
complete this installation.

Removal of the Hook Switch Cover
Thereare five tabs and two hidden snaps on the HookSwitch cover. There are
two tabs along the right and three along the bottom edge (Front view). To
removethe cover, the hidden snaps must be released (Rear view).
