From the active side (Core 1), join with Core 0 to establish redundancy:

JOIN Tell Core 0 to warm start and update its disk image.
AllowCore 0 to come up before proceeding.

2Switch Cores and test the other side (Core/Net 0)
SCPU Switch cores

Perform a data dump
1Loadthe Equipment Data Dump Program (LD 43). At the prompt, enter:
LD 43to load the program
2When EDD000appears on the terminal, enter:
EDD to begin the data dump
3When DATABASE BACKUP COMPLETE or DATADUMP
COMPLETEappears on the terminal, enter:

ThePS DLfi lehas now been installed on your switch.
CAUTION
If the data dump is not successful, do not continue;
contactyour technical support organization. A data
dumpproblem must be corrected before proceeding.
