What Does this Warranty Cover?
Subject to the exclusions contained below,
Motorola, Inc. warrants its Motorola iDEN Digital
Mobile and Portab le Handsets ("Produ cts"),
Motorola-branded or cer tified accessories sold for
use with these Prod ucts ("Accessories ") and
Motorola software contai ne d on CD- Roms or ot her
tangible media and sold for use with these
Products ("Software") to be fr ee from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal
consumer usage fo r the period(s) out lined below.
This limited warr anty is a co nsu mer' s exc lus ive
remedy, and applies as fo llows to new
Products, Access ories and Software
purchased by consumer s in the United States
or Canada, which a re accompanied by this
written warranty:
