Limited Warranty Motorola Communication Products (International)Note:This Warranty applies in Singapore and
the Philippines.
I. What This Warranty Covers
and For How Long:
MOTOROLA warrants the MOTOROLA
manufactured iDEN Communication Products
listed below (“Product”) against defects in material
and workmanship under normal use and service
for a period of ti me from the date of purchase as
scheduled below:
Rechargeable Batteries will be replaced during the
applicable warranty period if:
a. the battery capacity falls below 80% of rated
capacity, or
b. the bat tery develops leakage.
MOTOROLA, at its option, will at no charge either
repair the Product (with new or recondition ed
parts), replace i t (with a new or reco nditioned
Product), or refund the purc ha se price of the
Product during the warranty period provided it is
returned in accordance w ith the terms of this
warranty. Replaced parts or boa rds ar e war ran t ed
for the balance of the original applicable warranty
period. All replaced parts of Product s hall become
the property of MOTOROLA.
This express limited warranty is extended by
MOTOROLA to the original end user purchaser
only and is not as signable or transfe rable to any
other party. This is th e complete warranty for the
Product manufactu red by MOTOROLA.
MOTOROLA assumes no obligations or liability for
additions or modifications to this warranty unless
made in writing an d signed by an offic er of
MOTOROLA. Unless made i n a separate
agreement between MOTOROLA and the original
end user purchaser, MOTOR OLA do es not wa rrant
the installation, maintenance or ser vice of the
Product.
