Gifting

To check if a DRM item is giftable:
1Go to the location o n your phone that con tains
the item you want .
2Highlight the DRM item you w ant to gift.
3Press m. If Gift is an option, the item is giftable.
To gift a DRM item:
1Go to the location o n your phone that con tains
the item you want .
2Highlight the DRM item you w ant to gift.
3Press m.
4Select Gift.
5Select the contact you want to send the item to.
-or-
If the person you want to s end the item to is not
in Contacts, select [New Number]. Enter the
number.
6Press O.
7Follow the vendor’s instructions for purchasing
an additional lice nse.

Tell-A-Friend

1Go to the location o n your phone that c ontains
the item you want.
2Highlight the DRM item yo u want to tell your
friend about.
3Press m.
4Select Tell-A-Friend.
The Create Message screen opens.
5Complete and send the messa ge . See “ Cr eat i ng
and Sending Messages” on pag e 64 .

Viewing License Information

You can check a DRM item’s license to view the
following information:
•For time-based items, eith er the date and time
the item is scheduled t o ex pi re, or th e nu mb er of
days left
•For count-based item s, t h e num b er of cr e di t s
(uses) left or an unlimited us e no tic e
