Exiting a Conference | In these instructions: |

To exit a Conference without affecting the other parties: |
|
1. | Hang up. |
|
| • The remaining parties can continue their conversation uninterrupted. |
|
| • If you were in Conference with two outside lines, this may set up a tandem call. Refer to Tandem Calls / | |
| Unsupervised Conference (page 157) for more. |
|

| Using Conference at a Single Line Telephone | In these instructions: |

To use Conference at a single line telephone: |
| |
|
|
|
1. | Establish an Intercom or outside call. |
|
|
|
|
2. | Hookflash and dial the extension or outside line you want to add. |
|
|
|
|
3. | Hookflash and dial #10 to set up the Conference. |
|
| • If you cannot add additional parties to your Conference, you have exceeded the system’s Conference limit. | |
|
|
|
4. | Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add additional parties to your Conference. |
