4.Press the Up or Down key to highlight the Edit contact option.

5.Press the Select soft key.

Note: You can delete the number only if more than one number is stored for the contact you select.

6.Press the Up or Down key to highlight the number you want to delete.

Attention: If more than one number is stored for the contact you select, select the number you want to delete; you cannot restore information once you delete it.

7.Press the Edit soft key.

8.Press the OK soft key.

9.Press the Clear soft key to delete the number.

10.Press the Save soft key.

11.Press the Save soft key.

12.Press the Yes soft key to confirm the changes.

13.Press the Clr key one or more times to return to the idle display.

Editing a contact name

To edit a contact name, perform the following steps:

1.Open the Contacts menu using the steps in “Accessing the Contacts menu” (page 94).
