Configuring groups
/cfg/doamin #/aaa/group #
followed by:
name <name> Namesor renames the group. After you have
defined a name for the group, you can use either
the group name or the group ID to access the
Group menu.
name is a string that must be unique in the
domain. The maximum length of the string is
255 characters.
The group name must match a group name
used by the authentication services. For more
information, see Table 22 "Group names in the
Nortel SNAS and authentication services" (page
153).
restrict Sets the maximum number of simultaneous
portal or Nortel SNAS sessions allowed for each
member of the group.
For example, if the value is set to 2, then a user
can use two computers at the same time and have
two simultaneous sessions running. The default
is 0 (unlimited).
Accesses the Linksets menu, in order to map
preconfigured linksets to the group (see “Mapping
linksets to a group or profile” (page 167)).
For information about creating and configuring the
linksets, see “Configuring linksets” (page 251).
extend <profile ID> Accesses the Extended Profiles menu, in order
to configure extended profiles for the group (see
“Configuring extended profiles” (page 164)).
To view existing profiles, press TAB following the
extend command.
