6Enter the host name of the server, for example: micromgmt

Note 1: Host name cannot start with a number. Host names must be at least two characters and can contain alphanumeric characters and minus signs (-).

Note 2: Host names must be unique within your domain. Creating a duplicate host name will cause problems on the network after you install Solaris.

Make sure you enter the machine logical IP address for this system. It must be unique and follow your site’s address conventions.
