Operations of AW‑HE2
AW-HE2 HD integrated cameras can be operated from the unit.
This section describes the operations which are different from the
corresponding operations of other remote cameras.
zThe method for connecting AW-HE2 and the unit is the same as
that for connecting AW-HE2 and AW-RP50. Refer to the operating
instructions supplied with AW-HE2.

<Operations which are different>
PAN/TILT lever When the zoom position is the WIDE end
side, the output images do not change even if
the lever is operated.
Preset memory zThe preset numbers that can be registered
and recalled are PMEM 1 to PMEM 9
(page number: Page 1).
zPRESET SCOPE and PRESET SPEED
cannot be set.
Tracing memory Up to nine tracing memory can registered and
recalled for each camera.
SD card SAVE and LOAD of the MEM and CAM items
cannot be executed.
USER buttons If the following settings are assigned, PinP
display of AW-HE2 can be operated with the
USER buttons.
CAM_PINP CTL:
Displays or hides PinP.
Each press of the button switches in the
order of display PinP → hide PinP →
display PinP, and so on.
CAM_PINP MODE:
Switches the control target (control mode)
of the PAN/TILT lever and ZOOM button.
Each press of the button switches in the
order of PinP → main screen → PinP, and
so on.
CAM_PINP POS:
Changes the display position of PinP.
Each press of the button switches in the
order of top right → bottom right → bottom
left → top left → top right, and so on.
