Warranty Terms

1 Thiswarranty is in addition to and does not in any way affect any statutory or other
rightsof consumer purchasers. This warranty applies to the United Kingdom, Isle of
Man& Cannel Islands only, for users in Eire, please contact your retailer or supplier.
Thewarranty period is 12 months from date of purchase and is applicable to the
originalpurchaser only.
2 Theproduct is approved for use on GSM mobile telephone system and should only be
usedfor normal purposes and in accordance with the standard operating instructions.
3 Thewarranty covers breakdowns due to manufacturing or design faults; it does not
applyto damage, however caused, wear and tear, neglect, incorrect adjustment or
repair,or to any items of a limited natural life.
4 Inthe event of failure, please take the following action:
Referto the instruction book in order to identify and possibly correct the problem.
Ifthe problem is due to coverage, reception or billing, please contact your air time
retaileror service provider whose number can be found from your monthly invoice.
Ifyou cannot resolve the problem, contact the Panasonic Helpline on 08705
159159.Before you telephone have the following information to hand:
*Themodel and serial number of your telephone, and its phone number
*Yourfull address and post code
*Acopy of your original invoice, receipt or bill of sale for the purchase of the
telephone.
5 Ifthe problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, arrangements will be made to
repairthe telephone. Remove the SIM from the telephone and store it in a safe place.
Pleasepack the telephone suitable for transit. Including in the packing:
Themobile telephone
Therechargeable battery
ACAdaptor
Acopy of your invoice, receipt or bill of sale. (Note; it is the customers
responsibilityto provide proof of warranty)
6 Panasonicwill use reasonable endeavours to ensure your telephone is returned to you
withina maximum of 5 working days from reporting the fault to the Helpline. Please
notethat delays in transit may be encountered for Channel Islands, Northern Ireland,
Isleof Man, Scottish Islands and other islands.
7 Yoursole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee against us is for the repair, or at
ouroption the replacement, of the product, or any defective part or parts. No other
remedy,including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damage or loss of
whatsoevernature shall be available to the purchaser.
8 Rechargeablebatteries have a limited natural life, in order to prolong their life they
shouldonly be used and charged as shown in the instruction book. Replacement
batteriesmay be purchased either from your retailer or the Helpline number shown
overleaf.
