Adjusting the Alarm Time

1FromIdle mode press Q, select Applications > Clock

Function> Alarm Set and press Q

2Useeto select the alarm to be adjusted and press Q

3Pressand hold Bto remove the current alarm time

4Enterthe digits for the time and press Q

5Useeto select the frequency of the alarm and press Q

6Useeto select the ring type and press Q

Setting a Power On/Off Time

Youcan set your phone to turn itself on or off automatically at a

specifiedtime using the Power On/Off feature. The procedure for

setting/adjustingthe Power On/Off automatically is similar to that for

settingthe time on the clock. For either setting or adjusting the time

youneed to select Power On Time or Power Off Time in the Clock

Functionmenu.

Caution:Ensure that the setting of the Alarm or Power On function

willnot contravene any regulations whereby it may automatically

poweron when in an aircraft or medical facility etc. - see “Important

Information”page 68.

Thefour function calculator will enable you to perform simple

arithmeticcalculations (addition/subtraction/multiplication and

division).

1FromIdle mode press Q, select Applications > Calculator

andpress Q

2Entera number (maximum 10 digits) and it will be displayed on

thelower line

3Usegto select the arithmetic operation you wish to perform

(btomultiply, cto add, ato divide, dto subtract)

4Entera number (maximum 10 digits) and it will be displayed

nextto the operation symbol
