12.05.11 Zero position of the bottom feed dog (with closed gear box)

Requirement

With the stitch length set at "0", the bottom feed dog should not carry out any feeding motion when the balance wheel is turned.

●Loosen screw1.

●Fit the fork wrench (SW27) to the spring clamp ring2 using it to hold the regulating shaft3.

●While continually turning the balance wheel, adjust the fork wrench on the spring clamp ring2 in accordance with therequirement.

●In this position move adjusting crank4 and ring5 against the metal frame and tighten screw1.

●Carry out a check in accordance with therequirement.
