12.07.03 Position of the thread catcher and cutting test

Requirement

When the thread trimmer is in its neutral position, the edge of thread catcher6 should be flush with the edge of the mounting plate4.

●Turn linkage rod1 (nuts2, left and right thread) in accordance with the requirement.

●During the cutting test, remove linkage rod1, loosen screws 3 and remove mounting plate4.

●Carry out the cutting test with double thread.

●By turning screw5 adjust the cutting pressure.

●Fit mounting plate4 so that its edge is flush with the edge of the bed-plate.

●Tighten screws3 and replace linkage rod1.
