Number of times the error has occurred (the error counter uses hexadecimal notation).

Date and time the error first occurred.

nDate and time the error last occurred. Factory Information Code (FIC).

The error log lists the following (below the line and left to right):

Present date.

Software revision number.

nType of monitor.

Serial number of monitor.

Note— If the characters FIC are printed without other information, do not take any action. The information contained in the FIC section is additional information for internal use only. If you have a technical problem, contact the Philips support organization.
