2.When the XSend To XSend To MSS dialog appears, leave the default settings and click OK.

3.The IBP Settings dialog appears.Select the <MPEG-2 MP@ML> Reference Set. Change the Bitrate mode to Constant (CBR). Drag Maximum Bit Rate slider to 15.00. Its ok to leave the other settings as default. Click the checkbox to accept settings.
