The Maintenance menu provides access to information about service levels for end-users and service technicians.

User Maint

The User Maintenance option resets the service level page count after you complete preventive maintenance (levels A, B, and C). See Chapter 5, “Scheduled Maintenance,” for additional information.

Tech Service

The Technician Service option resets the service level page count after preventive maintenance is completed by a service technician (levels D, E, F, G, and H). See Chapter 5, “Scheduled Maintenance,” for additional information.
