PROM FAULT Power up initialization test detected a PROM failure.

CONTROL FAIL Thermal printhead control circuit failed.
Call your authorized service representative.

FAIL Analog-to-digital converter failed.
Call your authorized service representative.

APER JAM
Printer failed to find the top-of-form position.
Possible causes:
1. Paper jam.
2. Maximum label length is set to a size smaller
than three times the page length setting. Check
the secondary operator panel setting and any
software commands that affect label length.
PRINTHEAD OPEN
Printhead is in the up position.

APER EMPTY
Printer is out of media stock.
MEDIA FAULT The ribbon system detected a fault.
Possible causes:
1. Out of ribbon.
2. Ribbon motion was stopped.
3. Obstructions in the media movement.
4 Paper motion was stopped.
CUTTER FAULT The cutter operation failed.
Possible causes:
1. Cutter is jammed.
2. Defective cutter hardware.

Possible causes:
1. Obstruction in ribbon area.
2. Defective ribbon saver hardware.
