9. Press 5 to stop Rec Timer flashing.
10.Press MENU to exit the menu. 
and the amount of recording time appear in the viewfinder.
11.Press the thumb trigger to start recording.
Note: The recording stops automatically after the selected period of recording time. You may want to take two to five shots of the subject in the same position.
