Installing the Photoconductor and Toner Cassette

❐First of all, remove all the pieces of tape attached with the machine. Before using the machine, install the photoconductor and toner cassette as follows:

1Squeeze in the release button on the left of the machine and open

the cover fully back.

2Put in the photoconductor as shown. The left and right ends

are marked "L" and "R" respec- tively.

3Shake the toner cassette from side to side before installing it.

Put in the toner cassette. Make sure it sinks right down.

The right end is marked "2".

4Close the cover firmly.
