Precautions when Recording or Playback using LCD

1)High precision technology is used to manufacture the LCD display. However,

there may be some tiny black specks

(red, blue or green in colour) that constantly appear on the LCD display. These specks are normal and do not affect the recorded picture in anyway.

2) When using the LCD display outdoors or in

direct sunlight, it may be difficult to see. In this case, we recommend that you use the viewfinder.

3) The LCD display's OSD is turned off when the LCD is turned to the forward facing position.

Záznam nebo pfiehrávání s pomocí LCD monitoru

1)LCD monitor je vyroben s pouÏitím vysoce pfiesné technologie. Bûhem jeho pouÏívání se mohou objevit drobné ãerné skvrnky v

barvû, které jsou normálním projevem jeho funkce a nemají Ïádn˘ vliv na zaznamenávan˘ obraz.

2)Pokud pouÏíváte LCD monitor pfii filmování venku na pfiímém sluneãním svûtle, mÛÏete mít problémy s viditelností obrazu na

monitoru. V takov˘ch pfiípadech doporuãujeme pouÏití hledáãku.

3) LCD monitor je vypnut, jestliÏe je natoãen pfii natáãení pro pohled zepfiedu.

Precautions when using the hand strap

✤It is very important to adjust the hand strap correctly so that the camera can be held steady. (see page 16)

✤Do not insert your hand in the hand strap forcibly, as it may result in damaging the velcro locking system.

Popruh pro ruku

✤ Pro správné drÏení kamery pfii snímání je dÛleÏité nastavit popruh pro ruku podle instrukcí na str.16.

✤ Nezasunujte ruku do popruhu násilím - mohlo by dojít k po‰kození úchytu (drÏáku) popruhu pro ruku.

Precautions when cleaning the video heads

✤To ensure normal recording and clear pictures, ensure that the heads are kept clean. When playing back the pictures, if they are noisy or hardly visible, the video heads may be dirty. If this happens, clean the video heads with a dry type head cleaning tape.

✤Do not use the wet type of head cleaner as it may damage the video heads. (see page 58)

5 minutes off timer in STANDBY mode

✤To protect against tape and head-drum wear, your camcorder will automatically turn itself off if left in STANDBY mode without operation for more than 5 minutes.

✤JestliÏe pfii normálním záznamu je obrázek ãist˘, jsou ãisté i videohlavy. JestliÏe pfiehrávan˘ obrázek nese stopy ‰umu nebo po‰kození, jsou videohlavy zneãistûny. V takovém pfiípadû pouÏijte ãisticí kazetu. Nikdy nepouÏívejte mokrého typu ãisticí kazety - mÛÏete po‰kodit videohlavy.

✤Nikdy nepouÏívejte ãisticí kazetu mokrého typu - mohla by po‰kodit videohlavu. (viz str. 58)

Automatické vypínání videokamery po 5 minutách v reÏimu STANDBY

✤Pro ochranu pásku a jeho neÏádoucímu pfiilnutí k bubnu hlavy se videokamera automaticky vypne asi po 5 minutách, kdy je pfiepnuta do reÏimu STANDBY a není v provozu (sledování 5 minut pracuje pouze je -li vloÏena kazeta). Tento reÏim slouÏí i k ochranû baterií pfied zbyteãn˘m vybíjením.
