PIP(Picture-In-Picture, VP-L850/L850D/L870 only)

✤The PIP(Picture-In-Picture) feature works in combination with the DIGITAL ZOOM function by using a small, super imposed screen to show an image that is wider than the image being shot. This should help you to get a clear idea of what you are recording.

- The PIP function only works in CAMERA mode.

1. Set the power switch to CAMERA mode.

2. Turn on the DIGITAL ZOOM.

	(see page 31)		CAMERA
3. Press the MENU ON/OFF button,
	the MENU List will be displayed.
4. Turn the UP/DOWN dial until			MENU
			LCD ADJUST
	PIP	OFF is highlighted.	DIS		OFF

5.	Press ENTER, the PIP ON and a small		DISPLAY		ON

6. Check which part you are shooting			➔➔	ENTER

7.	Setting PIP ON to OFF in the MENU		WL. REMOCON ..		ON

will make the small screen disappear and switch the PIP mode off.

Notes: ■ The PIP screen will be recorded if it is activated while recording.

■The MENU ON/OFF function will not operate in EASY or REC mode.

■PIP function will not operate in DSE mode.

Bild-im-Bild-Funktion PIP (nur bei VP-L850/L850D/L870)

✤Verwenden Sie die PIP-Funktion (Picture-in-Picture: Bild-im-Bild), wenn Sie Aufnahmen mit digitalem Zoom erstellen. Mit der PIP- Funktion wird ein zusätzliches kleines Bild auf dem Suchermonitor eingeblendet, das einen größeren Bildbereich wiedergibt als das eingezoomte Originalbild. Dies dient zu Ihrer Orientierung.

-Die PIP-Funktion steht nur im CAMERA-Modus (Aufnahme/ Aufnahme-Bereitschaft) zur Verfügung.

1. Stellen Sie den Schalter für den Betriebsmodus auf CAMERA.

2. Schalten Sie den digitalen Zoom ein (siehe Seite 31).

3. Drücken Sie die Taste MENU ON/OFF, um das Menü einzublenden.

4. Wählen Sie mit dem UP/DOWN-Einsteller die Option PIP OFF.

5.Drücken Sie die Taste ENTER, um die PIP- Funktion einzuschalten (PIP ON). Auf dem Monitor erscheint ein kleines Bildfenster.

6. Drücken Sie die Taste MENU ON/OFF, um das Menü auszublenden.

7. Schieben Sie den Zoom-Einsteller in Richtung T, um in den Zoombe-reich zu zoomen. Anhand des PIP-Bilds können Sie auch bei starker Vergrößerung erken- nen, was Sie aufnehmen.

■Starten Sie die Aufnahme, indem Sie die Taste START/STOP drücken, wenn das gewünschte Motiv im

PIP-Bild erscheint.

8. Um das Bildfenster wieder auszublenden und die PIP-Funktion auszuschalten, stellen Sie die PIP-Option im Menü wieder auf OFF.

Hinweise:

■Wenn das PIP-Bild eingeblendet ist, wird es auch mit aufgezeichnet.

■Im Aufnahmemodus EASY oder REC steht die Menüfunktion (MENU ON/OFF) nicht zur Verfügung.

■Die PIP-Funktion ist nicht verfügbar, während Sie die Belichtungsprogramme SPORTS, PORTRAIT, SPOTLIGHT, SAND/SNOW oder HSS bzw. während Sie digitale Effekte verwenden.
