Auto Magnification

Use this function to have the machine choose an appropriate enlargement or re-	1
duction ratio based on the size of your original and the paper size you select.

Note

❒The range of ratios which the machine can select depends on where you place the original:

• On the exposure glass: 50 – 200%

❒The table below shows the reproduction ratios that can be selected for various combinations of original and paper size.

The machine automatically rotates the original image by 90° to match the paper direction and selects an appropriate reproduction ratio. See p.82 “Image Rota- tion”.
