Setting Up the Multifunction Interface

To enable the multifunction features of your fax, connect it to your computer and install the Multifunction software.

Connecting the parallel cable

Connect the fax machine to your computer with a parallel cable.

♦If you do not already have a parallel cable, you can purchase one from your dealer or any computer store.

♦Make sure the cable is IEEE 1284-compliant. We recommend a shielded cable no longer than 6 feet.
