Storing fax and telephone numbers for Automatic Dialing

1Press these keys:

The display will show:

2Press the 1 key to select SET.

The display will show:

3To store a number in a Rapid Key,

press the desired Rapid Key.

To store a Speed Dial number, enter

the desired 2-digit number (from 00

to 99) by pressing the number keys.

4Enter the fax or voice number by

pressing the number keys.

(Note: A space cannot be entered.)

•To clear a mistake, press the

SPEED DIAL key.

♦If a pause is required between any of the digits to access a special

service or an outside line, press the REDIAL key (two seconds per

pause). The pause will appear as a hyphen. Several pauses can be

entered in a row.
