5.7.4Add a new data element

Follow the below instructions to add a new data element to a Data list:

Task

 

 

 

1.

Go to the tree structure and open the node "Lists".

 

 

2.

Now open the child node "Data lists".

 

 

3.

Open the Data list to which you want to add a new data element.

 

 

4.

In the relevant Data list, click the child node "Data element".

 

 

5.

Now go to the menu bar and select "EditNew".

 

A new data element is now automatically added to the List.

 

 

6.

In the active Edit field enter the text with which the data element shall be output in a "List-

 

box" or "Combobox".

 

 

7.

If needed, you can now edit the other attributes of the new data element.

4.

In the tree click the child node "Data elements".

To edit the attributes, go to the list view and doubleclick the relevant item listed in the

 

column "Value".
