Resolving video issuesIf yourprojector has a frozen image,perform the following procedure.
gTo resolvea frozen image
1. Ensurethat the Hide Display feature is off. P ress the Hide button onthe projector’s remote
controlto hide or show the display.
2. Ensurethat your source device, such as your DVD player or computer,is n’t malfunctioning.
3. Putthe projector into Standby mode,and then wait 15 minutes for it to cool down.
4. Disconnectt hepower cable from the poweroutlet, and then wait at least 60 seconds.
5. Connectthe power cable, andthen turn on the projector.
