Resolving audio issues
IM P O R T A N T
Ensureyou can see your computer’s desktopand have touch control anddigital ink before using
this table. If not, resolve those issues before completingthe following steps in the table below.
Symptom Causes Solution
Sounddoesn’t play
whenyou play a
soundfile.
Yourcomputer is muted. Turnoff t hemute sett ing.
Yourcomputer’s volume is too low. Turnup the volume ony our
computer.
Yourinteractive flat panel is muted. Turnoff the mute setting using the
remotecontrol or the front control
panel.

Use the remotecontrol to turn up

panel.
OR
Use the volumec ontrolon the
frontc ontrolpanel.
Thewrong audioinput is selectedf ort he
videoinput.
Select the correctaudio input.
Press AUDIOINPUT on the
remotecontrol.
Yourcomputer uses MacOSXoperating
system software andis not set to Audio
USB output.
