35-12Static Multicast Routing Commands
This section describes commands used to configure static multicast
routing on the switch.
ip igmp snooping vlan mrouter
This command statically configures a multicast router port. Use the no
form to remove the configuration.
Syntax
[no] ip igmp snooping vlan vlan-id mrouter interface
vlan-id - VLAN ID (Range: 1-4093)
interface
ethernet unit/port
-unit - Stack unit. (Range: 1)
-port - Port number. (Range: 1-19)
port-channel channel-id (Range: 1-12)
Default Setting
No static multicast router ports are configured.

Command Usage
Depending on your network connections, IGMP snooping may not
always be able to locate the IGMP querier. Therefore, if the IGMP
querier is a known multicast router/switch connected over the network
to an interface (port or trunk) on your router, you can manual ly
configure that interface to join all the current multicast groups.
