❏If you want the output to be collated (each copy automatically sorted into page
order) or if you want to print to file (instead of a print-out, a graphic file of the
print-out is saved on disk), check the appropriate radio button.
❏Click on the OK button.
Your document will now be printed out.
Installing TrueType fonts
To install the TrueType fonts that are on the floppy disk accompanying this printer,
follow the procedure below.
❏Insert the disk in your computer’s floppy disk drive.
❏Click on the Start button in the bottom lefthand corner of the screen.
❏Select Settings.
❏Release the mouse button on Control Panel.
❏Double-click on the Fonts folder. The currently-installed font files are
displayed.
❏Click on the Files menu.
❏Click on the Install New Font... command.
❏Display the drive’s name (“A:” or “B:”) in the Drives field. To select a drive
name, click on the arrow by the side of the field and select the drive from the list
that appears. The names of the fonts stored on the disk are displayed in the List
of fonts window.
❏Validez le bouton rond approprié pour interclasser la sortie (c.-à-d. pour trier
chaque copie automatiquement selon l’ordre des pages) ou pour imprimer sur
fichier (au lieu d’être imprimé sur papier, un fichier graphique est sauvegardé sur
disque).
❏Cliquez sur le bouton OK.
L’impression du document s’effectue maintenant.
Installation de polices TrueType
Suivez la procédure ci-dessous pour installer les polices TrueType qui se trouvent
sur la disquette fournie avec l’imprimante.
❏Insérez la disquette dans le lecteur de disquette de l’ordinateur.
❏Cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer qui se trouve au coin inférieur gauche de l’écran.
❏Sélectionnez Paramètres.
❏Relâchez le bouton de la souris sur Panneau de configuration.
❏Cliquez deux fois sur le dossier Polices. Les fichiers des polices courantes
installées sont alors affichés.
❏Cliquez sur le menu Fichier.
❏Cliquez sur la commande Installer la nouvelle police...
❏Affichez le nom du lecteur (“A” ou “B”) dans le champ Lecteur. Pour afficher le
nom du lecteur, cliquez sur la flèche à côté du champ, puis sélectionnez le
lecteur sur la liste qui apparaît. Les noms des polices stockées sur la disquette
sont affichés dans la fenêtre Liste des polices.
