Select Category Multicast streaming and set WMS Multicast Data Writer to Enabled.

Right-click on WMS Multicast Data Writer and select Properties from the drop-down menu.

Verify that the IP address under

Destination multicast IP address and port is correct and modify it if necessary.

Select Category General and set Start publishing point when first client connects to Disabled.

Select Category Networking, double click on Enable buffering. From the pop-up window select Disable buffering and click OK.
