Editing an Existing Non-system Template

About Editing Existing Templates

By clicking the Edit option for an existing non-system template, the screen will look similar to what is shown here.

Details on options available when editing a template can be found in the articles discussing in Creating a New Template.

Clicking on any of the Writers or Outputs () on the left hand side of the screen will display the related information on the right hand side () of the screen.

If changes are made to the template, click the Save button to keep the changes.

To overwrite the existing template, edit the template and its Description and click Save.

If you want to create a copy of the template, you need to edit the Filename for the template, then click

Save.

Clicking the Return button will not save changes made since the last save but go back to view the list of templates.
