Note

The

cooking sensor function

should not be used to roast.

How it works

Pans

that contain hot food

produce heat. The cooking

sensor

detects

this heat

the cooktop automatically regulates the temperature.

Advantages when

cooking

The

element only heats up

when necessary. This saves

energy.

The oil and fat do not overheat.

It prevents food from overflowing in the pan when they boil, and help you avo having to regulate the temperature.

Proper cookware

The

proper

cookware for this function should have

a surface that properly gives

the

sensor

heat. If

the

cookware is

inappropriate,

automatic

temperature regulatio

will not work. Food may boil over or burn.

Specialized cookware

The

proper

size of

enameled cookware may be used. The

pan base should be

sufficient diameter to cover the element completely. If using stainless steel

cookware,

use the

sensor bands included with

the

appliance.

To use them, attach the sensor band to the

pot by means of the adhesive b

Make certain that the sensor band is always

facing the sensor. If the band is
